This statement applies to the protection of personal information collected by GIRO Inc./Le Groupe en Informatique et Recherche Opérationnelle (“GIRO”) in connection with the International User Group presented by GIRO having a place of business at 5800, Saint-Denis Street, Suite 1102, City of Montréal, Province of Québec, CanadaH2S 3L45, and in collaboration with its entities in France and worldwide (hereafter jointly “GIRO Group”).

Your personal data is used by the GIRO Group to process your registration to participate at the HASTUS International User Group, to manage various aspects of your participation and to contact you in relation to such participation. We process your personal data for the legitimate interest of the GIRO Group. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision-making. - Personal-data recipients
In order to carry out the processing detailed above, it is possible that we communicate your personal data to collaborators in the GIRO Group who are involved in the process of organizing, managing the event or presenting sessions at the HASTUS International User Group. We may also communicate your personal data to external collaborators (webinars platform)
Your personal data are hosted in Canada.

- Photography and video footage
GIRO may arrange for photographs or video to be taken at the HASTUS International User Group and it is possible that you might be included in any such photograph or video that may then be used in our communication and marketing materials in the future. By attending the HASTUS International User Group, you consent to such photographs and videos being taken and to their use for marketing purposes.
