As part of an organization serving 300 clients across 27 countries, you will be joining more than 500 employees who unite their efforts in developing software that optimizes the operations of public transport and postal services.

You are part of a team responsible for the IT infrastructure and developing software products for internal clients.

Main responsibilities


• Based on internal clients’ requests, identify the requirements so as to prepare and present analysis documents proposing scalable functional solutions
• Based on functional analyses, prepare and present architectural and technological analysis documents
• Plan implementation of the proposed solutions taking account of the existing infrastructure
• Recommend modifications to existing technologies and integration of compatible new technologies. Carry out their implementation and be proactive in managing changes and their impacts
• Carry out a relevant technology watch in your business area (network computing, operating systems, virtualization, cloud computing, equipment, etc.)
• Act as a technical reference for colleagues and service providers

• Carry out monitoring of IT infrastructures
• Devise and put in place security guides and standards for IT infrastructures and keep them up to date
• Be in charge of the security-incident-management process and keep it up to date
• Put in place continuous-monitoring and alert mechanisms for infrastructures
• Formulate IT succession plans and keep them up to date

• Analyse and document solutions to infrastructure-related problems
• Bring ideas and contribute to solving problems through your analyses and in-depth knowledge of your field of expertise. Act as a technical reference when incidents are escalated
• Act as an advisor to internal clients on files or projects related to your field of expertise

Desired profile

• Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou toute autre discipline appropriée.
• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience
• Autonomie et gestion des priorités.
• Rigueur et excellentes capacités d’analyse.
• Aptitudes pour l’analyse d’incidents variés et pour la résolution de problèmes.
• Bilinguisme français et anglais (parlé et écrit).
• Compétences rédactionnelles.
• Intérêt marqué pour le travail d’équipe.
• Excellente connaissance des environnements Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Intune.
• Excellente connaissance des infrastructures et des architectures de réseautiques
• Très bonne connaissance des environnements VMware, VSAN, HyperConvergeance, VXRAIL, Firewall Fortigate, solution de sauvegarde Veeam.
• Très bonne connaissance des mécanismes de journalisation des événements et utilisation d’un SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).
• Connaissances des principes de sécurité applicables aux infrastructures TI.
• Les certifications techniques seraient un atout.
