GIRO’s online trip planner satisfies clientele and management at Quebec City’s RTC transit
In November 2008, Quebec City’s transit agency introduced GIRO's HASTINFO trip planner as Trajecto. Six months later, Directions Magazine français (DMF) met with Josée Bouchard, Project Manager at the RTC to see how the service had been integrated at the RTC and how it had affected customer habits.
The following is a brief overview of the RTC’s experience with Trajecto so far.

Customer satisfaction rises at Montreal’s paratransit service
Montreal's STM implemented GIRO’s GIRO/ACCES automated scheduling system in 2003 to improve the efficiency of its paratransit service. To determine if the goal of improved efficiency had been reached, the STM undertook a survey to evaluate customer satisfaction with its paratransit service. Results of this study, as reported in the Montreal edition of the Métro newspaper, were impressive.
