The Technical analyst uses problem solving, analysis, and communication skills to resolve complex technical issues related to our clients’ software installations. This position involves collaborating with clients’ projects and technical teams to resolve incidents related to the deployment of our software solutions. Duties may involve performing trials in various technical environments in order to successfully replicate the problem(s) encountered by the client, in addition to analyzing the performance and stability of the software using diagnostic tools. In some cases, the Technical analyst may be required to perform trouble-shooting onsite at the client’s location.
